Before You Order

A few important things to know before placing your order:

🌱 Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all iris prices are for one (1) rhizome.

💳 Minimum Order

A $50 minimum order applies, excluding postage and handling.

🛒 Product Quantity Limits

Some varieties or products may have quantity limits, such as 1 per customer or household, where stock is limited. Any applicable limits will be shown on the product listing.

Please do not place multiple orders or use different customer details to circumvent a quantity limit. Repeated failure to comply with stated quantity limits may result in a reasonable restocking or administration fee.

💰 Payment

We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.

If using PayPal, please use the full PayPal checkout rather than PayPal Express Checkout. We have experienced issues with PayPal Express Checkout in the past and unfortunately cannot disable this option on our website.

📦 Shipping: January–March

Our shipping season runs from January through March.

Please note that we are no longer shipping orders in December. This is a change from previous seasons.

December is an especially busy time for Australia Post, with significant delays often occurring around the Christmas period. Waiting until January also allows the plants more time to grow and develop, so they can be as large and well-established as possible before being sent to you.

Orders are processed first come, first served and dispatched progressively throughout the season. Ordering early does not guarantee early January dispatch. Your order may be posted at any time between January and March, depending on our packing and dispatch capacity.

💻 A quick note about website traffic

We’re expecting a lot of visitors when the store opens, so the website may be slower than usual while everyone is browsing and ordering. Pages may take a little longer to load, so please be patient and give the site a moment if it seems slow.

✏️ Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can be requested within 7 days of placing your order. After this time, stock may already have been allocated or preparation may have commenced.

Where a later cancellation can be accommodated, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 10 days of receipt, with photographs where appropriate.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our Terms & Conditions.
